100% refund on purchases if not as expected at time of pickup. PLEASE INSPECT THOROUGHLY. Due to limitations at our temporary location, it may not be possible to thoroughly test an item. We offer a 30-day return on electrical or mechanical items if not working properly.
After purchases are received, refunds are only given for malfunctioning items. ALL OTHER SALES FINAL.
PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS:
Online orders must be picked up within 1 week. Appointments are required and available Wednesday to Saturday 9:00-3:00. Other times may be available by special request.
Orders not picked up within 1 week are considered "abandoned property" and are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
